Appointment Policies

a. Booking:

  • Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking for special order products

b. Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

c. Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment time or reschedule your session, depending on availability.
